I found the location convenient. It is close to major attractions. The staff was very accommodating and offered useful tips for exploring the area. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the diligent housekeeping service. They maintained a high standard throughout my stay.
The breakfast area was compact! sometimes making it a bit challenging to find seating during peak hours. An expansion could improve guest comfort.

the location rocks, it's super close to everything i wanna see. niccolo and marco really helped me with directions and recommendations. i got a standard double or twin room and it had everything i needed to, so good!
the bed, oh man, it felt super old and cave in the middle! the staff wasn't very helpful with a problem i had. the virtual desk after 7pm was a bummer, wish i knew that when i booked it, like, really bad!
